Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team Nominations announced for 2025-26 season. (Dustin Satloff)
Park City, Utah (May 15, 2025) – U.S. Ski & Snowboard has announced the 49 athletes nominated to the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team for the 2025-26 season. Nominations include athletes who qualified based on the published selection criteria.
The U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team announces its teams in two phases: nomination and acceptance. The athletes are formally nominated to the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team in May. Pending their acceptance of the nomination and adherence to the team expectations outlined in team criteria, athletes will be officially announced to the team in September 2025.
World Cup standouts such as the winningest alpine skier of all time, two-time Olympic champion and eight-time world champion Mikaela Shiffrin, return to the team, alongside World Championship medalist Lauren Macuga, 82-time World Cup winner and three-time Olympic medalist Lindsey Vonn, two-time world champion Breezy Johnson, and 2022 super-G Olympic silver medalist Ryan Cochran-Siegle.
Ben Ritchie and Katie Hensien are new to the A Team. Ritchie finished a career-best season as the world's top 20 slalom skier and Hensien turned heads in Soelden, Austria, when she scored a career-best fourth-place finish and earned her best overall giant slalom rank in 22nd.
B Team nominations are highlighted by young up-and-comer Elisabeth Bocock, who had a strong season in giant slalom. In addition, Patrick Kenney returns to the Stifel U.S. Ski Team after success in the World Cup this year.
Hunter Salani, Logan Grosdidier and Annika Hunt are making moves to the C Team. Annika Hunt was newly nominated to the team after she won the NorAm overall title this season and Salani is fresh off a Junior World Championships medal.
The 2025-26 Audi FIS Alpine World Cup season is scheduled for the men and women in late October with a pair of giant slalom races in Soelden, Austria and includes a break for the Olympic Winter Games in Milan Cortina. Three stops are expected in the United States: men and women at the Stifel Copper Cup presented by United at Copper Mountain, Colorado, Nov. 27-30 and men’s speed at the Stifel Birds of Prey Dec. 5-7.
The official Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team announcement will be made in the fall.

Stella Johansson
Stella Johansson joins the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team for her first season with the national team. Johansson had an impressive 2022-23 season where she placed second in a Europa Cup giant slalom in Mayrhofen, Austria as well as 10th in Ponte di Legno, Italy.
Hunter Salani
Hunter Salani joins the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team for his first year on the development team. Salani grew up skiing out of Vail, Colo. for Ski & Snowboard Club Vail.
John Kerbaugh
John Kerbaugh joined the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team for his first year in the 2023-24 season. The Vermont skier found his passion for the sport at a young age at Cochran’s and continued cultivating his skillset at Mt.
Stanley Buzek
Stanley Buzek started skiing at the young age of two with his parents at Crested Butte. He was instantly drawn into the sport through its feeling of freedom and strong community.
Allison Mollin
Allison Mollin, or A-MO, first joined the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team for the 2023-24 year. Another athlete coming out of the famed Palisades Tahoe resort.
Liv Moritz
Liv Moritz started skiing at three years-old cultivating her love for ski racing out of Vail, Colorado. Moritz had a tremendous 2022-23 season landing in third place in super-G at the U.S.
Tatum Grosdidier
Tatum Grosdidier joined the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team for her first season with the national team in the 2023-24 year. She first learned to ski at the young age of two at Mission Ridge in Washington.
Kjersti Moritz
Kjersti Moritz initially began competing on skis with slope style, half pipe and alpine simultaneously until she honed in on her talents for alpine skiing alongside her twin sister Liv.
Elisabeth Bocock
Elisabeth Bocock began skiing at Snowbird where she cultivated a love for the sport free skiing the mountains with her coaches. For Bocock, Development team coach Foreste Peterson is the most influential person in her career.
Ryder Sarchett
Ryder hails from Ketchum, Idaho and where he skied for the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation. Sarchett spent a year on the men's Development team in the 2022-23 season before he headed off to ski for the Buffs at CU Boulder.
Cooper Puckett
Cooper Puckett hails from Colorado where he learned to ski from his legendary family of skiers. The Puckett family includes his father Chris and uncle Casey (aka "Five-Time" as in five-time Olympian)—both former Olympians and U.S.
Jay Poulter
Jay Poulter first joined the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team for the 2021-22 season from Stratton Mountain School in Vermont, though his club prior to SMS was Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club. During the 2020-21 season, Jay qualified for U.S.
Camden Palmquist
Camden hails from Eagan, Minn. having cut his teeth at all 300 vertical feet of Buck Hill, before relocating to Colorado and skiing for Team Summit. He got his first taste of racing with the Stifel U.S.
Dasha Romanov
Dasha Romanov first joined the Stifel U.S. Alpine Development Team for the 2021-22 season hailing from Thornton, Colo., but having skied for the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation. Romanov had a very strong 22-23 season with multiple top five results in NorAm, finished second in the U.S.
Ava Sunshine
Ava Sunshine is a rising alpine force hailing from Edwards, Colo., but she calls Los Angeles, Calif. home. She attended Vail Ski & Snowboard Academy before heading to Burke Mountain Academy (BMA).
Mary Bocock
Mary Bocock hails from Rowmark Ski Academy at Rowland Hall, where she was not only awarded skier of the year after her first and second-year FIS and a part of the state championship team for soccer her freshman and junior year but she was also a part of the Headmasters Committee her f
Erik Arvidsson
Erik Arvidsson joins the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team for his 6th season. Some of Arvidsson’s top skiing results include an 8th place in the Saalbach downhill World Cup, 14th place at the Aspen super-G, and a 16th place at the Bormio downhill.
Jett Seymour
Jett Seymour is a slalom specialist hailing from Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Seymour is a two-time National Champion in slalom, an NCAA slalom Champion and NorAm Parallel slalom winner. Seymour scored his first World Cup points when he placed 25th in the Schladming slalom.
Isabella Wright
Isabella "Bella" Wright was first named to the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team for the 2021 season. Wright grew up skiing and ski racing in the west, out of Utah's Snowbird Sports Education Foundation, and showed fast skiing from a young age.
Lauren Macuga
Lauren Macuga hails from Park City, Utah, where she was groomed into an already successful alpine career with Park City Ski & Snowboard. Macuga is the 2022 World Juniors bronze medalist.
Jack Smith
Jack Smith first joined the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team for the 2019-20 season. He has since shown that he is an up-and-coming skier on the speed circuit.
Bridger Gile
Bridger Gile hails from Aspen, Colo., where he learned to ski at the age of two. Gile grew up racing with Aspen Valley Ski Club and Ski and Snowboard Club Vail.
Isaiah Nelson
Isaiah Nelson is the 2022-23 NorAm Overall champion. Nelson is also the U16 National Champion in giant slalom and super-G, as well as the U19 NPS Overall Champion. Nelson made his World Cup debut at the Soelden giant slalom race in 2022.
Ben Ritchie
Ben Ritchie hails from the East Coast, learning to ski at Jay Peak Ski Club, and moving on to Green Mountain Valley School.
Kyle Negomir
Kyle Negomir, "Nego", is a Colorado native, he grew up skiing out of Copper Mountain. Negomir excels at all disciplines and is currently on the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team’s speed team.
AJ Hurt
AJ Hurt's passion for skiing and ski racing began at a very early age. Growing up in North Lake Tahoe, Palisades Tahoe was her winter playground. At four years old, she entered the Team Palisades Tahoe and fell in love with the sport.
Luke Winters
Luke Winters first learned to ski in Oregon and cultivated his love for racing out of Sugar Bowl Academy in Lake Tahoe, California. Winters became a strong skier in the technical disciplines, honing in on slalom.
Katie Hensien
Katie Hensien is a strong up and coming tech skier on the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team.
Keely Cashman
Keely Cashman is a 2022 Olympian and a strong skier of all disciplines, currently focused on speed with our women’s Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team. Cashman’s top World Cup results include a 10th place in the Val d’Isere super-G in 2020 and a 16th in the Val d’Isere downhill.
Tricia Mangan
The former National Training Group (NTG) athlete turned heads during the 2015 season at U.S. Alpine Championships in Sugarloaf, Maine when she snagged a podium amongst juniors in giant slalom.
Nina O’Brien
Nina O’Brien started skiing out of Palisades Tahoe where she participated on the Mighty Mite program. O’Brien began her racing career on the West Coast with Team Palisades before moving back East to attend Burke Mountain Academy.
River Radamus
River Radamus hails from Edwards, Colorado where he learned to ski on the slopes of Vail, alongside his parents who are coaches. Radamus showed promise from an early age, named to the team in 2016.
Breezy Johnson
Rowmark Academy grad Breezy Johnson moved up to A Team in the 2017-18 season after bursting onto the World Cup scene in a big way during the 2016-17 season, where she finished 18th in the FIS Ski World Cup downhill standings and 36th in super-G. She started the season with a bang, finishing in 1
Sam Morse
At a mere 23-months-old, Morse made his first tracks skiing at Sugarloaf, Maine. His official hashtag #mooseontheloose is based on his childhood nickname "Moose."
Jacqueline Wiles
A product entirely of the Pacific Northwest Ski Association, Jackie Wiles was on skis about the same time she figured out walking. From there it was weekend trips to the mountain to learn all about what makes skiing fun with the White Pass Ski Club.
Paula Moltzan
Paula Moltzan is a Minnesota girl hailing from Buck Hill Ski Racing Club and Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. A slalom and giant slalom specialist, Moltzan became the first woman to win a slalom gold at Junior World Championships.
Bryce Bennett
Bryce Bennett began skiing at the age of two, hailing from Olympic Valley, California, where he grew up shredding the terrain of Palisades Tahoe. Bennett was first named to the Stifel U.S.
Jared Goldberg
Born in "Bean Town," Goldberg learned to ski at Killington, VT before his family moved to Utah when he was four. From then on it was all about free skiing at Snowbird. He made the Stifel U.S. Ski Team in 2011 and has since been a long-time staple of the men’s speed circuit.
Mikaela Shiffrin
Two-time Olympic gold medalist and eight-time world champion Mikaela Shiffrin began turning heads almost instantly when she finished top 15 in her first two NorAm Cup races.
Ryan Cochran-Siegle
Ryan Cochran-Siegle got his start in skiing from his family’s famous Cochran’s Ski Area. Cochran-Siegle skied to the development team in 2010 and has not looked back. Cochran-Siegle won gold in downhill and combined in the 2012 junior worlds.
Tommy Ford
Tommy Ford grew up skiing out of Mt. Bachelor in Oregon. He has been a strong force on the alpine scene since the beginning. Ford locked four gold medals at the 2006 U.S. Junior Championships.
Lindsey Vonn
Known as one of the world's most successful female ski racers, Lindsey Vonn is coming out of retirement to rejoin the Stifel U.S. Ski Team.
