Sarchett spent a year on the men's Development team in the 2022-23 season before he headed off to ski for the Buffs at CU Boulder. In the 2023-24 season Sarchett not only succeeded on the NCAA collegiate level but he stole the show at the Junior World Championships when he won the giant slalom in front of a tough international field. Sarchett was then given the opportunity to start his first World Cup at World Cup Finals in Saalbach, Austria.

In the 2024-25 season, Sarchett continued to earn more World Cup starts at marquee venues including the Stifel Birds of Prey presented by United and Kranjska Gora. Sarchett also continued to hone his giant slalom at the NorAm level where he won the Sugarloaf giant slalom.
