Teller Second at Bishofswiesen Skicross World Cup

BISCHOFSWIESEN, Germany (Feb. 25) - John Teller (Mammoth Lakes, CA) clinched his first podium of the season  with second at the Audi FIS World Cup skicross event in Bischofswiesen. It was his first podium since January of 2011 when he won in St Johann, Austria. Canada's Tristan Tafel took the win with teammate Chris Del Bosco in third. 

HIGHLIGHTS

  • John Teller (Mammoth Lakes, CA) was second at the Bischofswiesen World Cup skicross event for his first podium of the season.
  • Canadians Tristan Tafel and Chris Del Bosco finished 1-3
  • This is the second to last World Cup of the season, with the final stop set for Branas, Sweden March 2-3.
  • It was Teller’s 30th World Cup start and third World Cup podium.
