May 15th |  6:00-8:30pm | U.S. Ski & Snowboard Awards Dinner | Sheraton Hotel 

May 17th | 11:00am-1:30pm | Board of Directors Meeting | USANA Center of Excellence

All meetings, May 13th through May 17th, will be hybrid - with options to attend in-person or virtually via Zoom.

Instructions:

1. Enter payment amount in the Donation Amount box (please note this is not a donation). Please enter the total value of the ticket(s) you will be purchasing (ex: $60 = 1 ticket, $120 = 2 tickets, $180 = 3 tickets)
2. Enter: AWARDS DINNER TICKET
3. Click on Donate button (remember this is not a donation).
4. Takes you to the shopping cart, which confirms the amount you want to pay.
5. Click on Checkout button.
6. Follow instructions for Contact & Secure Payment boxes and once you have confirmed the payment, click on place order to finalize the credit card payment.
7. Once the payment has been processed you will receive an email receipt from Square.
