Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for or assist extensively in a wide-range of human resources areas, including the following:

• Recruiting, hiring and onboarding

• HRIS

• Benefits administration

• Payroll

• Performance management

• Compliance

• Cobra

• Worker’s Compensation

Skills and requirements

• Five years in human resource management preferred

• Experience with ADP payroll, human resource information systems and reporting

• Knowledge and experience with open enrollment, broker collaboration, benefit communications, benefit administration, reviewing invoices and solving employee benefit issues

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• College degree preferred

• Excellent technology skills
