Skiers Stoked for U.S. Alpine Champs

SUN VALLEY, ID (March 21, 2016) – The Nature Valley U.S. Alpine Championships kicks off Tuesday and the best skiers from around North America are arriving to the beautiful Sun Valley Resort. While Sun Valley is busy prepping the hill and selecting the best spots for you to watch the race, the athletes are stoked to throw down for one last race series. I'm fired up to have the #USAlpineChamps back in the intermountain west at @sunvalley this season! I consider this home turf, racing countless races here as a kid. The races are March 22-27 and the snow has been plentiful in the West this season. Hopefully you can come out and watch Americas best skiers compete for national titles and get some good skiing in for yourself!

It's international women's day. I'm not sure exactly what that means, but I'm proud and happy to be one. I'm back on the snow now, getting ready to race again. It feels good to have the wind in my face and to connect to the mountains. And I'm looking forward to pushing out of the start gate again... After I finish up finals here in Europe, I'll be heading to @sunvalley to compete at U.S. Nationals. We're racing there from March 22-27, and I'm incredibly excited to race in the States again!
