Faye Gulini Thelen stands as one of the sport’s most respected and enduring competitors. The Salt Lake City native she made her Olympic debut at just 17, becoming the youngest snowboard cross athlete at the 2010 Vancouver Games. A four-time Olympian, Faye achieved her career-best finish with fourth place at the 2014 Sochi Winter Games and has since earned eight World Cup podiums, including victories in Cervinia and Cortina.
After taking a few years off from competing to focus on family, Faye returns for the 2025-26 season with kids Theo & Scarlett in tow.

- 1. Faye is involved in the Kids Play International and Wasatch Adaptive Sports organization.
- 2. When Faye isn't snowboarding, she likes to rock climb, skateboard, and camp.
- 3. She won her first FIS event in 2008 in Park City, UT. The event was slopestyle!
- 4. At age 17, Faye was the youngest Snowboard cross athletes at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
