Wednesday, February 14
Course inspection at 9:30 a.m.
Coaches meeting (sprint event) 7 p.m. at the Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame Museum. (610 Palms Ave., Ishpeming)

Thursday, February 15
Freestyle Sprint Events
7:30 a.m.: Bib pick up on-site at Al Quaal (basement of bathroom building) 
9:30 a.m.: Start time for men’s and women’s (15-second intervals)
11:30 a.m.: Start time for women and men’s heats. Pick-up bibs 30 minutes prior to start of heats –basement of bathroom building
4 p.m.: Freestyle sprint awards- on site in the stadium area
7 p.m.: Coaches Meeting at the US Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame Museum. (610 Palms Ave., Ishpeming)

Friday, February 16
10 a.m.: Course inspection, distance freestyle course
6 p.m.: Coaches meeting and bib pick up at the US Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame Museum. (610 Palms Ave., Ishpeming)

Saturday, February 17
Freestyle Mass Start Events (men 20K, women 15K)
8:30 a.m.: Bib pick up for those who did not get a bib at the Friday coaches meeting -  bathroom building next to the stadium
10 a.m.: Women’s 15K-Mass Start
12 p.m.: Men’s 20K-Mass Start
4 p.m.: Coaches meeting and bib pick up at the US Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame Museum. (610 Palms Ave., Ishpeming)
6 p.m.: Central NCAA Regional Collegiate Awards Banquette at the US Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame Museum

Sunday, February 18
Classic Events
8:30 a.m.: Bib Pick up for those who did not get bib at Saturday coaches meeting - bathroom building next to the stadium
10 a.m.: Men’s 10K classic individual start race
12:30 p.m.: Women’s 5K individual start race
2 p.m.: Distance events awards ceremony on-site at the stadium
