Hunter Salani first joined the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team in the 2024-25 season, where he found success on multiple levels, highlighted by a World Championships medal in the Team Combined.
Salani grew up skiing out of Vail, Colorado for Ski & Snowboard Club Vail and now participates on the University of Colorado-Boulder NCAA ski team as well as competing with the Stifel U.S. Ski Team.
In the 2024-25 season Salani showed strong results in the technical and speed disciplines. In Kimberley, CAN Salani scored four fourth-place finishes in a row in the super-G and downhill. Salani then went on to qualify for his first World Juniors team where he helped propel his Team Combined pair to a bronze medal.
Salani credits Justin Jefferson as being the most influential person in his sporting career because he inspires Salani to be the best version of himself.
Aside from skiing fast, Salani he enjoys golfing, hanging out with friends and playing basketball.
