BIO
Colorado native halfpipe freeskier Aaron Blunck is a three-time Olympian, who represented the U.S. at the Sochi, PyeongChang and Bejing Winter Olympic Games, finishing seventh in halfpipe skiing in all three Games. He is a two-time halfpipe world champion from 2017 and 2019, and holds four X Games medals.
Skiing runs in Blunck’s blood. He started out on skis at 18 months old in Crested Butte, Colorado where his grandfather started the ski school in the mountain town, and both his mother and grandfather were ski instructors. Blunck graduated Vail Ski & Snowboard Academy and was a member of the halfpipe rookie team for a short while before quickly earning a spot on the pro team. He won a medal in the Youth Olympic Games in 2012 and scored his first World Cup podium in 2013.
If he got to guest star on a TV show, Blunck would love to be on Yellowstone. His best memory with the team is watching the 2014 men's slopestyle sweep in Sochi and celebrating after with all of Team USA. He lives in Crested Butte, Colorado with his wife Morgan (and their horses and Frenchies). Somehow, Blunck sleeps best on airplanes.

"I'm just happy to be here"
