Mueller-Ristine 24th in YOG Giant Slalom

INNSBRUCK, Austria (Jan. 18) - Julia Mueller-Ristine (Aspen, CO) landed 24th in giant slalom to close day three of women's individual alpine competition at the Winter Youth Olympic Games. The Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club athlete was 28th in the first run, but leaped four spots with the 20th fastest second run time. France went 1-2 as Clara Direz claimed victory and Estelle Alphand was second for her second individual medal of the Games.
