Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for or assist extensively in a wide-range of human resources areas, including the following:

Recruiting, hiring and onboarding

HRIS

Benefits administration

Payroll

Performance management

Compliance
-
Cobra
-
Worker’s Compensation
Skills and requirements

Five years in human resource management preferred
-
Experience with ADP payroll, human resource information systems and reporting
-
Knowledge and experience with open enrollment, broker collaboration, benefit communications, benefit administration, reviewing invoices and solving employee benefit issues
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills

College degree preferred

Excellent technology skills
