Foreign Intents
This page is for coaches and representative of USA athletes wishing to compete in non-Europa Cup FIS races in another country - excluding Canada. Intents for Canadian races can be found on either the Canadian Intents page or the NorAm Intents for Canadian NorAms.
SafeSport policies require only registered U.S. Ski & Snowboard coaches who have passed criminal background screening and are current in SafeSport education are eligible to manage U.S. athletes. To register as a U.S. Ski & Snowboard coach, please visit our membership page. Additionally, please complete the Coaches Registration Form with your updated contact information for season 2023-24, in case we need to contact you.
Season 2024-25
Intents open the first of the month preceding the month of the race, e.g. all December races open November 1.
To submit a registration for your athlete, please click on the month link and complete the google form. The registration deadline is eight (8) days before the first team captains' meeting at 5pm MT. The confirm/pull deadline is four (4) days before the first team captains' meeting at 5pm MT.
If your athlete's itinerary changes and you no longer wish to be entered into an international race for which they have been intended, please contact U.S. Ski & Snowboard staff immediately.
ATHLETES MUST HAVE CURRENT U.S. SKI & SNOWBOARD MEMBERSHIP, WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS COMPLETED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ENTRY.
PLEASE NOTE: PER ALPINE GUIDELINES, U.S. SKI TEAM MEMBER ENTRIES TAKE PRIORITY OVER ALL OTHERS.
