BIO

Alex Hall is the epitome of a freeskier. Born in Alaska, raised in Zurich, Switzerland and then Park City, Utah, Hall’s passion and balance for both competitive skiing and filming street and backcountry clips showcases not only his technical expertise but his adaptive style as well. Whether he’s throwing a trick with his signature Buick grab or scoping out Google Maps for the best urban skiing features to hit, there is no doubt Hall leans into and credits both disciplines for his constant creative variety.

A Hall’s competitive accolades are extensive - from winning gold at the Beijing 2022 Olympics on his first run of the men's slopestyle final with an incredibly difficult move on the last jump, a pull back, to turn his right double cork 1080 into a 900, a third-place finish at World Championships in 2021 and eight podiums at X Games - half of which are gold medals.

"Hopefully, I can try something that the judges will think is unique and that I enjoy doing. As long as it’s fun to do - after all, that’s the reason we all do this in the first place. "
