BIO

Sam attended and skied for the University of Utah—where he was an NCAA All-American, and then GroundSwell Athletics in Park City—a post-grad team where athletes combine skiing with education and experience to create long term growth in and out of the sport. DuPratt is primarily a speed skier with the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team, scoring his first World Cup points in super-G in Kitzbühel, Austria. In 2020 DuPratt sustained a major injury breaking both of his legs in Val Gardena. He fought his way back and ended the 2023 season as the NorAm super-G overall champion, taking back a spot on the World Cup team for the 2023-24 season.

When he's not skiing, he's water skiing, mountain biking, camping, hunting, and up to general shenanigans.

"My favorite memory as a competitor was scoring my first WC points in Kitzbuehel in 2019. "
